This sweet little cream and sugar duo appear to be some potter’s attempt at recreating one of Vallona Starr’s most famous pieces. Why do I think this? The signature on the bottom doesn’t say Vallona Starr, for one. Secondly, the handwriting of the signature looks more recent than the 1940s-50s when the original pieces were made. I can’t make out the signature, so if you have any ideas, lmk!

Soft, whimsical forest greens, yellows and browns on these wee little pieces, meant to resemble flower buds. Super cottagecore. The creamer is just under 2” tall, 2.5” wide with handle. The sugar bowl is 2.25” wide, and 1.5” tall.
