In 2021, when I started collecting all these things with the goal of putting them up on my site, I came across a lot of bells. I had just recovered from my hysterectomy due to cervical cancer, and the thought that a having a bell would have been handy was fresh on my mind. I only collected four bells (one I kept for me) before I thought maybe others would just text their partner or caretaker. But, maybe you want to have a bell around. Train your cats to come to the bell! Or your partner. Or your children! Or just ring a ding ding because it’s fun.

This particular bell is a souvenir from New Orleans in two shades of blue, showing the fancy wrought iron balustrades on many New Orleans buildings, especially in the French Quarter, with a pearl inside to do the bell ring thing. There’s an additional flower motif on the sides. Measures 5” tall and 2.75” wide.
