In the spirit of Precious Moments, I feel like this sentiment is sincere, but it reads SO sarcastic to me, which just makes it great, imo. Piece is in a solid wood frame, with soft blue matting, with non-reflective glass, so great care was taken in its creation. Back is papered with no rips, and there’s an alligator bar for hanging already installed. Measures 13” x 11”.
