Charming old toffee tin, featuring a lady on horseback on a textured gold and black lid. The bottom of the tin reads “Made in England by A.S. Wilkin LTD, Cremona Park Newcastle Upon Tyne, Makers of Cremona & Red Boy Toffees.” The two other listings I found were in the UK, so I’m guessing someone brought this over with them? Or missed home and had them shipped here. The tin has a century of wear and tear, but the lid fits very snugly and it will make for a lovely repository for any goods you think merit this fanciful 100+ year old tin. Measures 4.5” across, 1.25” tall.
